Lawrence Bittaker and Roy Norris:

The Toolbox Killers

In 1979, Lawrence Bittaker and Roy Norris kidnapped, tortured, raped, and murdered five teenaged girls in the Los Angeles area. Two of the five girls' remains have never been found, having been dumped on a remote mountainside.

Laura Brand is the leading expert on these crimes, and the perpetrators now widely known as the Toolbox killers. Laura started researching their cases many years ago, and began to correspond with the convicted criminals directly. She earned their trust, and eventually visited in person to conduct interviews and receive privileged information that no one else had knowledge of but the killers themselves.

Aided by a team of investigators and forensic experts, and armed with 40 years of advancement in technology, she plans to go back to conduct a new search for Cindy and Andrea, the two victims whose remains have never been found.

Laura is also writing a book about what she has learned about the Toolbox cases, which will contain many details which have never been known to the public, and were never brought up during the trials of Bittaker and Norris.
